a serious question
Is there a way, without overstepping any boundaries, to tell a coworker who is a superior (in title only, mind you), that it is impolite, Blackberry or no, to type an e-mail in all caps?
Methinks no, and I will just have to endure his YELLING.

go to his desk and read him back his message really loudly and then ask him if that was his intent, then laugh it off. Yeah, maybe it's not so polite, but hey... free dummy.
